So comfy~

Hot damn. You are so good with soft forms and soft lighting.

the fact that sneakers on boy is a bit different in colour form the jacket makes it just so much better (like he couldn't find the exact match, and bought the closest one)

This either a super-rare mithil/dragonbutt/dungenmasterium shield, or ceremeonial piece. It's impractical to add fine details on something that's designed to take hits from enemies, and block all sorts of flying stuff (including, but not limited to : rocks, arrows, acidic bile, blood, halflings, halves of halflings, fireballs, iceballs, balls). Metalling shine effect looks damn great. The story behind the insignia on a shield looks quite interesting, i bet it's bit embelished with glory, since attacking something with a sword from a horseback would be only for a "last resort" sorta of situations.

D&D does not follow realism, so my design doesn't either. It focuses on being a fantasy accessory rather than a practical piece of equipment, like many other things D&D related such as light leather armor, long spiky chain weapons, etc.
Believe it or not, I have some knowledge of how shields work, I just don't feel the need to show it off and apply realism on a setting where everything falls apart when you think too much about it.

In a couple of sketches i can clearly see the character, how he's not a bad guy but a bit cocky and arrogant elf mage, - recipe for a disaster. He'll either be reason for lots and lots of lady-boners, or get entire party beheaded for seducing ork tribe princess (most likey the other way around). Love the little details like matching pedant and earrings!

p.s. i wish dwarfs would get some love too.... (damn sexy knife-ears)

... STOP..... MAKING....THEM.....SO.....LIKABLE...... MAH HART.....
Jokes aside her butt is a bit too wide and big, damn game developers and their impossible standarts of beauty.
As always love the little deatails - the potions, the pouch, amulet and little crystal ball on the hat. They make the character more "liveable".

The way Sanford melts and drips a bit with the clowns is just SO DAMN GOOD.

Rhunyc responds:

:> Thank you! I had fun with those bits

The way you kept the trashy, mushy, hairy, glossy unsettling tone of the mr. Salad Fingers is perfect.

Rhunyc responds:

I feel like I could've made it more unsettling, but I'm happy with how it is now :> thank you!

The lightning ss great, and the attention to the details is , as always, incredible (damn seam on the skirt). A bit too much blushing, but doesn't ruin overall picture.
Extra points for proper Trigger Discipline <3.

Love the lights on this
